Seasonal Employer Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the seasonal Employer Enrollment Representative will monitor a shared inbox, process employer group and employee benefit requests, and complete enrollment-related tasks through various online systems while working remotely on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage a shared inbox, responding to requests from employer groups
• Process employee terminations, coverage changes, and other benefit requests
• Complete enrollment and benefit-related tasks through online portals and systems

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree or college coursework preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in health plan enrollment, healthcare administration, or insurance operations
• Experience with enrollment or health insurance systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Working knowledge of Medicare and/or ACA enrollment guidelines preferred
