Job Summary

To support families during the peak season, the part-time Seasonal Family Support Representative will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat while troubleshooting issues and collaborating with the support team to enhance the family user experience in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Responding to support inquiries from families in a timely manner through various communication channels
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions while escalating to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Collaborating with team members to implement continuous improvements for the overall family user experience
Required qualifications
  • Applicants must reside in specific states including AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, HI, IL, KY, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a school or educational setting
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak support season
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a genuine interest in professional development
