Seasonal Field Scout

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Scout, Seasonal.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and install traps for pest monitoring in the field
• Inspect and monitor traps weekly, maintaining data counts of trapped pests
• Scout crops for economic pests and report findings to the Sales Representative

Required Qualifications

• Strong interest in Agriculture, Plant Science, or Horticulture
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle according to state laws and company policies
• Knowledge and/or experience with agricultural operations (preferred)
• Dependable and reliable with willingness to work overtime and on weekends
