Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Benefit Advisor, Sales-Seasonal.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide beneficiaries in selecting health insurance coverage over the phone
• Consult and advise clients on their health insurance options while meeting daily sales metrics
• Complete training and prepare for the state licensing exam to become a licensed insurance agent

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Ability to obtain or currently possess an active health insurance license
• Previous sales experience or a strong desire to learn in a sales role
• Strong technical skills for navigating multiple systems
• Must be available to work in a seasonal capacity until December 8th
• Willingness to undergo extensive background checks for licensing
