Job Summary
Dedicated to advising clients on health insurance options, the full-time Seasonal Individual and Family Plans Sales Representative will take inbound calls, consult with clients, and follow up on leads while working remotely from August 10th to December 16th.
Key responsibilities
- Consult and advise clients over the phone on Individual and Family health insurance options specific to assigned carriers
- Meet daily sales metrics, goals, and carrier quality expectations through effective communication and follow-up
- Navigate multiple computer applications and systems while managing client calls and inquiries
Required qualifications
- Active resident state health insurance license
- Previous sales experience or a strong desire to grow in a sales role
- Proficiency in technology and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
- High level of integrity and customer focus, with a commitment to exceeding quality scores
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak enrollment periods
