Job Summary
Providing inbound customer support from a remote location, the seasonal Healthcare Customer Service Representative will assist customers with technical issues, document information, and promote additional services while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
