Key Responsibilities

• Coach associates to achieve company and client goals, addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training
• Manage ongoing tasks and projects, monitor team attendance, process payroll, and handle administrative tasks
• Motivate and mentor the team through coaching, feedback, and recognition while addressing conflicts when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience
