Seasonal Healthcare Verifications Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Verifications Representative - Seasonal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist Medicare or Value-based Care customers
• Educate customers on Value-based Care physician networks and schedule appointments as needed
• Document correspondence and update account history according to quality processes

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a smartphone for authentication when logging into company tools
• Must complete assessments including a typing test with a minimum requirement of 25 wpm
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a compatible internet connection (no T-Mobile, Verizon, MetroPCS, or Boost Mobile)
