Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Seasonal Exchanges, Hiring Events Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual hiring services and oversee various aspects of virtual hiring
- Orchestrate virtual events, including scheduling and communication with participants
- Manage enrollments, provide technical support during events, and maintain accurate hiring records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- One year of experience in a customer-facing/client management role
- Experience in event planning and scheduling preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and CRM systems
- Knowledge of Zoom and similar platforms for event management is a plus
