Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Seasonal Exchanges, Hiring Events Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate virtual hiring services and oversee various aspects of virtual hiring
  • Orchestrate virtual events, including scheduling and communication with participants
  • Manage enrollments, provide technical support during events, and maintain accurate hiring records
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • One year of experience in a customer-facing/client management role
  • Experience in event planning and scheduling preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Zoom and similar platforms for event management is a plus
