Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service during the holiday season, the part-time Seasonal Holiday Concierge will conduct virtual consultations, guiding customers through personalized shopping experiences and product offerings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Host live, on-camera consultations to assist customers in personalizing holiday stationery designs
• Support revenue growth through soft sales strategies, upselling, and cross-selling during consultations
• Act as a customer advocate and brand ambassador, ensuring a positive perception of the brand and addressing inquiries about products and services

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a premium brand environment
• Strong sales orientation with experience in upselling or account management
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Technological proficiency, with familiarity in eCommerce and CRM software preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on business needs
