Job Summary

Providing administrative support to the human resources department, the full-time Seasonal HR Coordinator will assist with employee inquiries, onboarding processes, and various HR projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with new hire onboarding presentations and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Monitor and follow up on pending action items through Workday reporting
  • Manage unemployment claims and support HR leadership with engagement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of previous human resources experience
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects by set deadlines
