Job Summary
Providing administrative support to the human resources department, the full-time Seasonal HR Coordinator will assist with employee inquiries, onboarding processes, and various HR projects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with new hire onboarding presentations and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor and follow up on pending action items through Workday reporting
- Manage unemployment claims and support HR leadership with engagement initiatives
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of previous human resources experience
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Demonstrated ability to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects by set deadlines
