Seasonal HR Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal HR Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 HR functional support to associates and managers via phone and email
• Document all inquiries and transactions in the HR Direct call tracking system
• Support execution of key HR processes such as payroll and benefits while meeting service delivery metrics

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center
• Pursuing or received a college degree is preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals
• Experience with HR systems and processes is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation
