Job Summary

Managing implementations for various client partners, the full-time Seasonal Implementation Manager will ensure efficient project execution, foster strong relationships, and adapt processes to meet customer needs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute implementations for client partners, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively
• Serve as a critical link between customers, partners, and the client, fostering strong relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with the Lead Implementation Manager to build team infrastructure and establish best practices for successful product delivery

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementations, or Project Management, preferably in SaaS or a related field
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with experience in cultivating long-term customer relationships
• Capability to navigate fast-paced and changing work environments
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a passion for creating efficient processes
