Seasonal Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Managing client implementations, the full-time Seasonal Implementation Manager will execute projects efficiently, foster strong relationships with customers and partners, and collaborate with internal teams to adapt processes to meet dynamic requirements, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute implementations for client's partners, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively
• Serve as a critical link between customers and internal stakeholders, prioritizing customer needs and managing expectations
• Collaborate with the Lead Implementation Manager to build team infrastructure and establish best practices for successful product delivery

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementations, or Project Management, preferably in SaaS or a related field
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities with a history of cultivating long-term customer relationships
• Experience navigating fast-paced and changing work environments, preferably in a technology startup
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with project management tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a passion for creating efficient processes
