Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Rep - Tech Products (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support and assist with order placements
• Engage customers to identify their needs and promote additional products and services
• Maintain product knowledge and document customer interactions in databases

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of soft sales experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience; 3+ years preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
