Seasonal Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Guiding families through the enrollment process and curriculum selection, the part-time Seasonal Inside Sales Specialist will manage inbound inquiries, conduct outreach, and convert leads for Time4Learning and Brightspire Virtual School while working remotely in the Pacific Standard Timezone.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct targeted outreach to families exploring educational options
• Guide families through the Brightspire enrollment process and assist with Time4Learning curriculum selection
• Document interactions in CRM and identify patterns to enhance enrollment and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of inside sales or call center experience, preferably in education or edtech
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Proven ability to close deals and build long-term customer relationships
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speed requirements
