A company is looking for a Seasonal Intake Specialist to assist in a critical business program.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and faxes from healthcare providers
• Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues on the first interaction
• Collect and gather necessary information for clinical review in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a contact center/production environment (2 years required)
• Customer service experience (3 years preferred)
• Healthcare experience or roles such as medical assistant preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check
