Seasonal Lab Technician
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Seasonal Lab Technician, the candidate will prepare samples accurately according to analytical SOPs, work independently and collaboratively to meet production targets, and ensure a safe laboratory environment in a temporary 90-day role.
Key responsibilities
- Independently receive, log, and prepare samples for analysis using basic instrumentation
- Perform routine operation, maintenance, and calibration of preparation instruments and equipment
- Maintain laboratory records and adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
Required qualifications
- High school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories
- Associate's degree in chemistry or similar scientific discipline preferred
- GC experience preferred
- Advanced English language skills required
- Ability to lift/carry/push or pull upwards of 25 lbs. on a frequent basis
