Job Summary
Supporting the preparation and implementation of the IHP Cities in the 21st Century program, the seasonal Launch Assistant will provide logistical and administrative assistance for a 10-12 day program launch in New York City, starting in August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in program preparation, including the dissemination of materials and logistical support for workshops and site visits
- Coordinating with the Launch Coordinator on vendor relationships, logistics, and meals for the program
- Collaborating with the Program Team to ensure a high-quality educational experience for college-age students
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with two years of related work experience
- Understanding of experiential education and youth empowerment pedagogies
- Experience with international programs, event management, or youth programming
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online project management tools
- Experience working with remote teams is desired
