A company is looking for a Seasonal Licensed Healthcare Service Delivery Manager.

• Improve key success metrics including revenue targets, customer satisfaction, service level, and quality goals
• Coach associates to achieve company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while monitoring team attendance and absence

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center, equivalent work, or sales management experience
• Active Resident State Insurance License or ability to obtain one through the college of insurance program
• Experience promoting a performance-driven culture
• Ability to engage and support a team with necessary tools and systems
• Understanding of data interpretation and reporting
