Job Summary
Connecting with clients through various communication channels, the Seasonal Licensed Insurance Specialist will manage inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in a remote, part-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries and concerns
- Resolve and de-escalate issues while tracking call-related information for auditing purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues and upsell when necessary
Required qualifications
- Possess a home state Life & Health Insurance License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and comfortable with Windows-based systems
