Job Summary

Providing essential support to Medicare members, the seasonal Medicare Member Advocate will work full-time in a remote environment, guiding members through their medical and dental packages while ensuring a high-quality consumer experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist members by answering questions and resolving issues related to their Medicare benefits
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop knowledge of the health insurance industry
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule post-training, accommodating varying business needs while maintaining a commitment to excellent service
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
  • Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Must reside in the New England area
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unscripted service environment
