Job Summary
Committed to enhancing the member experience, the full-time Seasonal Medicare Member Advocate will work remotely, guiding members through their medical and dental packages while addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a flexible schedule environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist members by answering questions and resolving issues related to their Medicare plans
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop knowledge of the health insurance industry
- Adapt to a structured service center environment while managing a high volume of member calls
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service experience with significant communication with customers
- Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
- Must reside in the New England area
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unscripted service environment
