Seasonal Medicare Member Advocate

Job Summary

Providing essential support to Medicare members, the seasonal Medicare Member Advocate will work full-time in a remote environment, guiding members through their medical and dental packages while ensuring an excellent consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist members by answering questions and resolving issues related to their Medicare plans
• Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop knowledge of the health insurance industry
• Manage a flexible schedule post-training, with a focus on member interactions and personal development

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of customer service experience with significant communication with customers
• Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
• Must reside in the New England area
