Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal My HR Live Support Advisor (MHLS).
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of employee contacts and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, tickets, and emails
- Build customer trust through empathetic conversations and adjust resolution plans based on employee needs
- Collaborate with partner teams to address cross-functional issues and improve policies
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, or human resources
- Proven ability using Microsoft Office and other computer-based programs
- Schedule flexibility to support 24x7 operations
- 5+ years of experience preferred, with previous HR experience
- Bachelor's degree or advanced education in a related field is preferred
