A company is looking for a Seasonal My HR Live Support Advisor (MHLS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of employee contacts and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, tickets, and emails
  • Build customer trust through empathetic conversations and adjust resolution plans based on employee needs
  • Collaborate with partner teams to address cross-functional issues and improve policies

Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, or human resources
  • Proven ability using Microsoft Office and other computer-based programs
  • Schedule flexibility to support 24x7 operations
  • 5+ years of experience preferred, with previous HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced education in a related field is preferred
