Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time hourly capacity, the Seasonal Open Enrollment Processor will manage medical insurance enrollment processes, including updating coverage, adding dependents, and interpreting applications with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Process open enrollment tasks, including updating coverage and handling terminations
• Navigate multiple programs and systems while following multi-step directions
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a virtual environment

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in medical insurance billing, coding, or customer care
• Prior open enrollment experience preferred
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn in a remote environment
• Ability to pass a required assessment during the training period
