Seasonal Print Production Specialist

Job Summary

As a remote seasonal Print Production Support Specialist, starting in September through December 2026, the candidate will manage customer interactions to resolve post-print issues, troubleshoot design files, and facilitate replacement orders in real-time while providing exceptional customer service during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, resolving concerns with empathy and accuracy
• Guide customers through the order replacement process, identifying root causes and providing immediate solutions
• Open and navigate design files in Adobe Creative Suite to diagnose print issues and ensure quality control

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro; experience with Lightroom is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite
• Ability to think critically to solve complex print and design problems quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for live interactions
• Capability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends
