Seasonal Print Quality Assistant
Job Summary
Supporting customer satisfaction during the busy holiday season, the part-time Seasonal Print Quality Assistant will resolve post-print issues, troubleshoot design files, and create replacement orders while working remotely from September through December 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information and empathetic support
- Act as the primary expert for live contacts, guiding customers through the order replacement process and diagnosing print issues using design software
- Document technical data within Salesforce and ensure all replacement order requests are accurately prepared for fulfillment
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro; experience with Lightroom is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex print and design issues
- Availability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day
