Job Summary
To support the holiday season, the remote Seasonal Print Quality Assistant will resolve post-print issues, assist customers via email, and rework design files to ensure high-quality products from late October through December 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Research and document root causes of replacement orders
- Proofread and edit design files to meet customer orders
- Collaborate with customers and teams to troubleshoot technical and design issues
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with G-Suite applications
