Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the remote Seasonal Print Quality Resolution Supervisor will oversee daily operations and performance of approximately 30 Assistants and 2 Specialists, ensuring high standards of print quality and customer service during peak seasons.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Print Quality Resolution Assistants and Specialists, providing performance feedback and conducting regular check-ins
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Shift Managers to manage live phone queues and ensure adherence to schedules, adjusting staffing as needed
  • Work closely with the Print Quality Supervisor to maintain alignment on technical guidelines and assist the team in diagnosing file issues
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience supervising or leading a team in a customer service, tech support, or production environment
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce, with knowledge of phone queue management and live support metrics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite for tracking performance metrics and reporting
  • Ability to learn Minted's products and policies quickly, including navigating Adobe files and understanding technical print defects
  • Flexible availability to meet a variable work schedule, including weekends during peak seasons
