Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Product Support Associate to deliver high-quality user support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and reduce support ticket backlog while addressing incoming requests
  • Provide on-demand rostering support and handle manual user additions and license assignments
  • Document Salesforce workflows and maintain data imports while assisting with demo account management
Required Qualifications
  • Recently completed a Bachelor's degree or have experience in customer service or technical support
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic technical systems
  • Experience with customer support tools or Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
