Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Product Support Associate to deliver high-quality user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reduce support ticket backlog while addressing incoming requests
- Provide on-demand rostering support and handle manual user additions and license assignments
- Document Salesforce workflows and maintain data imports while assisting with demo account management
Required Qualifications
- Recently completed a Bachelor's degree or have experience in customer service or technical support
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic technical systems
- Experience with customer support tools or Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
