Seasonal Production Artist
Job Summary
Seeking experienced Production Artists to rejoin the team in a temporary seasonal capacity, the remote position will focus on processing orders, performing image adjustments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality assurance and post-sales inquiries.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring proper spelling, grammar, and photo placement in card and stationery orders
- Performing advanced image enhancements, including color correction and object removal
- Addressing customer inquiries related to image quality and resolution
Required qualifications:
- Must have previously worked with the company during Q4
- Proficiency in Photoshop and some experience with AI
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word
- Must reside in CA, AZ, IL, MN, NJ, UT, WA, or WI
- Availability to work at least one day per weekend through December
