Job Summary

Managing translation projects from start to finish, the part-time Seasonal Project Coordinator will facilitate vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of localization tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating translation projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and timelines
• Foster strong relationships with external vendors and internal localization team members
• Conduct quality assurance checks on translation materials to ensure compliance with documentation standards

Required qualifications

• Two years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Proven adaptability to handle changes and unexpected events in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Computer-Aided Translation (CAT) tools or a strong desire to learn
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
