Seasonal QA Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a flexible schedule, the part-time Seasonal QA Specialist will monitor agent interactions, provide coaching, and participate in calibration sessions to ensure quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor agent interactions across various channels including chat, email, and calls
- Attend calibration sessions and partner with team leaders for quality assurance
- Coach agents as needed and handle multiple accounts while adhering to company standards
Required qualifications
- At least one year of experience in quality assurance or operations
- Completion of at least two years of college or a high school diploma (ITC certified)
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Windows and MS Office
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Experience in monitoring agent interactions in a similar industry is preferred
