Job Summary

To support quality improvement initiatives in the healthcare sector, the full-time Seasonal Quality Analyst will conduct audits, coach teammates, and report performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Audit calls and interactions for aligned teammates to ensure quality standards
• Coach teammates on performance improvement and provide feedback based on audits
• Report performance metrics and partner with team leaders to drive quality initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Graduate of any course preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a quality analyst
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience in the healthcare field
• Able to work from home with a stable internet connection
