Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Quality Specialist for their remote customer operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate customer service representatives' phone, email, and chat contact records for accuracy and quality
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to improve the customer experience
  • Support team leadership by serving as a subject matter expert on customer service standards and best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an eCommerce or retail setting
  • Well-developed computer skills, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
