Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Recruiter to support Contact Center hiring efforts during peak season.

Key Responsibilities

• Process candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Oversee all aspects of the pre-employment process, including background checks and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate records and candidate data in Workday and other systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
• Self-motivated individual
