Job Summary
To support increased workforce demand, the full-time Seasonal Recruiter will efficiently identify, engage, and hire high-quality candidates remotely, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across various roles while maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related people-focused roles
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with using Workday or other applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Understanding of recruitment processes and compliance with employment laws
