Seasonal Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a seasonal full-time basis, the Seasonal Recruiter will manage the hiring pipeline for warehouse roles by contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and assess a high volume of candidates for various roles
• Maintain accurate candidate records and submit weekly hiring data reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the hiring process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of recent high-volume recruiting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
