Job Summary

To support increased workforce demand, the full-time Seasonal Recruiter will efficiently manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates across various roles, maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and collaboration with hiring managers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related fields involving candidate evaluation and relationship building
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
• Understanding of recruitment processes and compliance with employment laws
