A company is looking for a Seasonal Technical Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team during peak hiring season.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end scheduling and assessments for technical interviews across multiple time zones
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless interview experience
• Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System and assist in sourcing technical talent

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations in a technology environment
• Demonstrated ability to source for technical roles and understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with tools like Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack
• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
