Job Summary

Owning the recruitment lifecycle, the temporary Seasonal Recruiting & Operations Coordinator will manage hiring processes, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support onboarding and offboarding for seasonal staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Project manage the hiring process, including job postings, resume reviews, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Ensure an empathetic and transparent candidate experience from application to final decision
  • Assist the Operations team with high-priority tasks and maintain data integrity across HR and recruiting systems
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in coordinating high-volume recruitment cycles or supporting People/Operations functions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focusing on professional candidate interactions
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and maintain confidentiality regarding candidate and employee data
  • Proficient in managing technical systems for Operations and HR functions
