Job Summary
Owning the recruitment lifecycle, the temporary Seasonal Recruiting & Operations Coordinator will manage hiring processes, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support onboarding and offboarding for seasonal staff while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Project manage the hiring process, including job postings, resume reviews, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Ensure an empathetic and transparent candidate experience from application to final decision
- Assist the Operations team with high-priority tasks and maintain data integrity across HR and recruiting systems
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in coordinating high-volume recruitment cycles or supporting People/Operations functions
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focusing on professional candidate interactions
- Ability to handle ambiguity and maintain confidentiality regarding candidate and employee data
- Proficient in managing technical systems for Operations and HR functions
