Job Summary
Seeking detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Agents for a seasonal, full-time position, who will manage inbound customer interactions, assist with order placements and inquiries, and resolve issues for a leading apparel brand in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with placing, modifying, and tracking orders
- Resolve customer concerns related to shipping, returns, and exchanges
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience in eCommerce or retail apparel support
- Familiarity with order management systems (OMS) or CRM tools
- Ability to maintain a dedicated home office workspace free from distractions
