Job Summary

Detail-oriented and innovative, the full-time Seasonal Route Performance Specialist will organize and maintain routes for pest control branches, monitor production goals, and communicate with customers regarding scheduling concerns, all while working remotely for a limited duration of six months.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, create, and maintain routes for multiple Pest Control Branch offices
• Monitor production to ensure branches meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
• Collaborate with a team to achieve overall production targets and address customer scheduling issues

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent route creation and optimization skills
• Exceptional computer skills
• Strong customer service and issue-resolution skills
• A quiet and distraction-free working space with a stable internet connection
