Job Summary

A company is looking for an RVFix Technician for a seasonal position from April through September.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to RV owners and service partners via phone, video, or chat
Guide customers through diagnostic steps and repair procedures while documenting issues and resolutions
Determine the need for on-site service and create work orders for field technicians

Required Qualifications

Strong background in RV repair, maintenance, or technical troubleshooting
RVTI Level 2 certified or higher
2 years or more of experience working on RVs
Prior experience in remote support or virtual troubleshooting is preferred
Ability to pass a background and drug test
