Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate for their Travel Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve members and clients by providing Air, Car, Rail & Hotel reservations
• Book and counsel members on domestic hotels and cars
• Provide excellent customer service and meet production goals

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year Retail Sales and/or Travel experience
• Work experience including Invoicing
• Proficiency with computer software programs and internet access
• Proficiency with Geography
