Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 - 6 years of previous sales success required, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
• Minimum 1-3 years of people management experience preferred
• Proficiency in technology, including experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
