Seasonal Sales Representative

Job Summary

Engaging with prospective and existing corporate clients, the part-time Seasonal Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales communications, maintain customer records, and assist clients with corporate gift orders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a shared inbox of outbound sales communications and follow up with prospective corporate clients via phone and email
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking within CRM platforms
• Assist clients with placing, managing, and tracking corporate gift orders through online ordering systems

Required qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service experience, call center operations, or inside sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CRM platforms or ability to quickly learn new tools
