Job Summary

Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time hourly Seasonal Consumer Sales Specialist will resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and educate customers about products while working remotely during the seasonal period.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer questions, complaints, and requests primarily via phone and email
• Process customer orders and educate customers about products
• Utilize data entry skills with Windows and cloud-based software to manage customer interactions

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
• Familiarity with data entry and cloud-based software
• Ability to work flexible hours between Monday and Friday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM PT
• Strong problem-solving skills to enhance customer experiences
• Passion for providing superior customer service
