Job Summary
Leading a team of Sales Support Representatives, the full-time Seasonal Sales Support Supervisor will manage performance metrics and enhance customer experiences related to Medicare inquiries while working remotely until December 8, 2026.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to meet sales and conversion goals
- Develop and implement process improvement plans for sales efficiency
- Analyze and report on sales activities and performance metrics
Required qualifications:
- Over 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center
- Ability to work assigned shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST, including overtime and weekends as needed
- High-speed hardwired internet connection with specified bandwidth
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Microsoft Office, and contact management software
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
